ABOUT THERAPIST

I am a Qualified VTCT Level 4 Sports Massage & KT Tape Therapist based in Chandlers Ford.

I treat a number of athletes from the local area as well as some Team GB triathletes and Ironmen. I also treat a number of people who have back & neck pain who spend hours sat in cars or at desks as well as people who ask for a general loosen up of fatigued muscles.

I started running at parkrun with my husband back in 2011 and have since completed the London Marathon and many triathlons. My husband is also a client of mine who has completed 8 Ironman triathlons as well as qualifying for team GB within his age group.
